We are looking for a STEAM Engineer with 1-2 years of working experience to join our Trainings team The 
STEAM Engineer is responsible for designing, delivering, and improving high-quality STEAM (Science, 
Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) learning experiences for K–12 students. This role 
combines technical expertise with strong pedagogical skills to create engaging curriculum, manage training 
programs, support educators, and ensure effective use of the Learning Management System (LMS). The 
ideal candidate is both an engineer and an educator capable of bridging hands-on STEAM innovation with 
modern teaching methodologies. 
Job Responsibilities 
 
1. Training & Facilitation 
∙Conduct STEAM training sessions, workshops, and hands-on activities for teachers, students, and 
facilitators. 
∙Train instructors on robotics, coding, electronics, digital fabrication, AI literacy, and other STEAM 
domains. 
∙Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and technical support to trainers and educators. 
∙Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements. 

2. Curriculum Development 
∙Design and develop age-appropriate K–12 STEAM curricula, lesson plans, and project-based 
activities. 
∙Align curriculum with 21st-century skills, national/international standards, and organizational goals. 
∙Create documentation, guides, worksheets, assessments, and digital learning content. 
∙Innovate new STEAM modules using emerging technologies 

3. LMS Management & Digital Learning 
∙Manage and upload training materials on the LMS. 
∙Develop interactive online content, quizzes, worksheets, and progress trackers. 
∙Monitor learner engagement and performance through LMS analytics. 
∙Support instructors and students in using the LMS effectively.​
 
4. STEAM Engineering & Technical Work 
∙Build, test, and troubleshoot educational prototypes, robotics setups, electronics kits, and STEAM 
lab tools. 
∙Assist in designing STEAM labs, maker spaces, and digital fabrication setups. 
∙Ensure safety, maintenance, and proper use of technical equipment.
5. Classroom Implementation Support 
∙Assist schools and educators in implementing the STEAM curriculum. 
∙Demonstrate classroom-ready experiments, coding activities, and engineering challenges. 
∙Observe lessons and provide constructive feedback to improve delivery.​
 
6. Quality Assurance & Reporting 
∙Maintain documentation of training sessions, attendance, and outcomes. 
∙Provide regular reports on training progress, curriculum status, and LMS utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for a Senior Hardware and Manufacturing Engineer (China Manufacturing / DFM / NPI) with 5+ years of working experience to join our Hardware Product & Supply Chain team and help in the end-to-end DFM, supplier onboarding, and production of educational hardware kits from China (EVT/DVT/PVT to mass production). The ideal candidate will own manufacturing readiness, drive quality and cost targets, manage Chinese suppliers/CMs, and ensure smooth scaling from prototype to reliable volume production.

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead DFM/DFA reviews for electronics + mechanical parts (PCBAs, enclosures, plastics, wiring harnesses, packaging).

· Drive the NPI lifecycle (EVT → DVT → PVT → MP), including build planning, factory readiness, and yield improvement.

· Identify, evaluate, and onboard China-based suppliers/contract manufacturers (RFQs, supplier audits, capability assessment).

· Own BOM costing, cost-down initiatives, and value engineering without compromising reliability/safety.

· Define and maintain manufacturing documentation: BOM, Gerbers, assembly drawings, test procedures, SOPs, work instructions.

· Establish quality standards and QC plans (IQC/IPQC/OQC), AQL sampling, defect classification, and corrective actions.

· Implement and manage factory test strategy (functional test jigs, programming/flash stations, end-of-line testing).

· Coordinate tooling and production for injection molding, sheet metal, CNC, and packaging with China vendors.

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain & Sourcing Manager (China) with 7+ years of working experience 
to join our Operations / Hardware & Product Delivery team and help in the end-to-end sourcing, 
procurement, and supply chain setup for laptops, educational kits, and other hardware from China. The 
ideal candidate will build reliable supplier networks, negotiate competitive pricing, ensure quality and 
compliance, and manage production-to-delivery execution (including logistics and customs). 

Job Responsibilities:
 
∙Build and own the China supply chain strategy for laptops, educational kits, electronics, and 
accessories (OEM/ODM sourcing). 
∙Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers (factories, trading companies, assemblers) across key 
categories. 
∙Run supplier due diligence: capability assessment, audits/virtual audits, sample evaluation, MOQ 
alignment, and capacity checks. 
∙Lead RFQs, costing models (BOM + labor + packaging + logistics), and negotiations (price, lead 
times, payment terms, warranty). 
∙Coordinate product development handoff to manufacturing: DFM alignment, prototyping, pilot runs, 
and production readiness. 
∙Define and implement quality systems: incoming inspection plans, AQL standards, pre-shipment 
inspections, and failure handling (RMA/returns). 
∙Manage production schedules, purchase orders, and shipment planning to ensure on-time delivery for 
schools/camps/projects. 
∙Oversee logistics: freight selection (air/sea/courier), Incoterms, consolidation, warehousing, and last-
mile delivery coordination. 
∙Handle import readiness for Pakistan (or target markets): HS codes, documentation, duties/taxes 
estimates, and clearing coordination. 
∙Set up supply chain SOPs, vendor scorecards, risk registers, and reporting (lead time, OTIF, cost 
savings, quality KPIs). 
∙Create backup suppliers and contingency plans for shortages, delays, and geopolitical/shipping 
disruptions. 
∙Work closely with finance and legal on contracts, compliance, and payment risk controls (LC/TT 
milestones). 

 
Required Skills:
 
∙Strong experience sourcing from China (electronics/hardware categories preferred: laptops, PC 
accessories, IoT, robotics, PCBAs). 
∙Supplier negotiation expertise (pricing, warranty, payment terms, delivery SLAs). 
∙Understanding of OEM/ODM manufacturing, quality control processes, and inspection workflows
