Job Summary
We are looking for a STEAM Engineer with 1-2 years of working experience to join our Trainings team The
STEAM Engineer is responsible for designing, delivering, and improving high-quality STEAM (Science,
Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) learning experiences for K–12 students. This role
combines technical expertise with strong pedagogical skills to create engaging curriculum, manage training
programs, support educators, and ensure effective use of the Learning Management System (LMS). The
ideal candidate is both an engineer and an educator capable of bridging hands-on STEAM innovation with
modern teaching methodologies.
Job Responsibilities
1. Training & Facilitation
∙Conduct STEAM training sessions, workshops, and hands-on activities for teachers, students, and
facilitators.
∙Train instructors on robotics, coding, electronics, digital fabrication, AI literacy, and other STEAM
domains.
∙Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and technical support to trainers and educators.
∙Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
2. Curriculum Development
∙Design and develop age-appropriate K–12 STEAM curricula, lesson plans, and project-based
activities.
∙Align curriculum with 21st-century skills, national/international standards, and organizational goals.
∙Create documentation, guides, worksheets, assessments, and digital learning content.
∙Innovate new STEAM modules using emerging technologies
3. LMS Management & Digital Learning
∙Manage and upload training materials on the LMS.
∙Develop interactive online content, quizzes, worksheets, and progress trackers.
∙Monitor learner engagement and performance through LMS analytics.
∙Support instructors and students in using the LMS effectively.
4. STEAM Engineering & Technical Work
∙Build, test, and troubleshoot educational prototypes, robotics setups, electronics kits, and STEAM
lab tools.
∙Assist in designing STEAM labs, maker spaces, and digital fabrication setups.
∙Ensure safety, maintenance, and proper use of technical equipment.
5. Classroom Implementation Support
∙Assist schools and educators in implementing the STEAM curriculum.
∙Demonstrate classroom-ready experiments, coding activities, and engineering challenges.
∙Observe lessons and provide constructive feedback to improve delivery.
6. Quality Assurance & Reporting
∙Maintain documentation of training sessions, attendance, and outcomes.
∙Provide regular reports on training progress, curriculum status, and LMS utilization.
∙Help ensure curriculum quality, alignment, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
∙Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Software etc) , Education Technology, or a
related STEAM field.
∙1–3 years of teaching, training, or K–12 facilitation experience.
∙Strong knowledge of STEM technologies (Arduino, robotics, coding languages, AI basics, electronics,
3D printing, etc.).
∙Experience with curriculum design and project-based learning.
∙Familiarity with LMS platforms.
∙Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
∙Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
